About the role

3 Angels Nepal is looking for a Village Project Officer to support community development initiatives in the Lothar area. The role involves coordinating with local stakeholders, monitoring project progress, and ensuring accurate reporting.

Key responsibilities

Assist in planning and implementing village‑level development projects.
Coordinate activities with community members, local authorities, and partner NGOs.
Collect, analyse, and report project data to ensure transparency and accountability.
Monitor project milestones, identify challenges, and propose corrective actions.
Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with donor requirements.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Development Studies, Social Sciences, or related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years experience working in NGOs, INGOs, or community development programs.
Strong command of English, both written and spoken, with proven report‑writing ability.

Required skills

Proficiency in MS Word.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
