Visa Document Handling Officer

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Visa Document Handling Officer to join White Tiger Holidays in Kathmandu. The role involves managing visa applications for clients travelling on our tours, ensuring all paperwork meets the specific requirements of each embassy. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the visa process.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and submit visa applications for various countries in line with each embassy’s specific guidelines.
• Advise clients on visa requirements, application procedures, and provide detailed document checklists.
• Answer client queries promptly and deliver regular updates on the status of their applications.
• Collect and verify all necessary documents—including passports, photographs, and financial statements—to ensure completeness and compliance before submission.
• Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa centres for application submission, address queries, and conduct follow‑ups.
• Maintain accurate records of applications, client details, and visa outcomes within a dedicated database.
• Provide management with regular reports on application progress and any changes to visa regulations.
• Support the tour operations team by handling visa‑related issues and assisting with other travel documentation when required.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic and motivated candidate.
• Minimum of 12 months experience handling visa or travel documentation.
