Key responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize the academic delivery for all courses offered.
• Develop and implement comprehensive study plans, revision schedules, and regular mock test series.
• Review and upgrade study materials, notes, and question banks to align with the latest syllabi and exam patterns.
• Recruit, retain, and manage high‑caliber professional faculty members.
• Conduct regular classroom observations and collect students’ feedback.
• Monitor academic progress of students and provide personalized counseling and guidance.
• Address student and parent queries related to academic operations, results, and career paths.
• Collaborate with management to introduce innovative learning methods, digital platforms, and hybrid class structures.
