About the role
V.S. Infrastructures is seeking a motivated Accounts Executive to join its finance team. The role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the company’s restructuring and growth initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain day‑to‑day books of accounts.
- Record accounting transactions accurately and on time.
- Perform bank and cash reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain vendor and customer ledgers.
- Prepare payment schedules and follow up on collections.
- Support VAT, tax, audit, and statutory compliance.
- Maintain project‑wise cost records and financial documentation.
- Assist in monthly financial closing and MIS reporting.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Support ERP implementation and accounting process improvements.
- Assist in reconciliation and closure of legacy accounts during restructuring.
Required profile
- Motivated and detail‑oriented.
- At least 24 months of relevant accounting experience.
