Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day‑to‑day accounting and financial activities for our growing cosmetics and makeup distribution company.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, including sales, purchase, expense, inventory, and payment data.
• Handle accounts receivable and payable, perform bank reconciliations, and prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Manage VAT, TDS, tax documentation and other statutory requirements, monitor cash flow and support budgeting.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers and government authorities while ensuring confidentiality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, BBS or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience with strong knowledge of Nepalese VAT, TDS and taxation.
• High attention to detail, analytical ability and ability to work independently.
• Integrity, responsibility and confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Tally/ERP accounting software.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
