About the role

We are seeking an Accounts Administrator to oversee our company's accounts payable and receivable functions. The successful candidate will ensure that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and processed on time, supporting the finance team in maintaining clean and up‑to‑date records.

Key responsibilities

Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third‑party vendors.
Process bank deposits.
Reconcile financial statements.
Prepare, send and store invoices.
Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments.
Submit tax forms.
Identify and address discrepancies.
Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable.
Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets.

Required profile

Finance or accounting background.
Familiarity with bookkeeping principles.
Strong attention to detail and ability to reconcile accounts.
