Accounts Implementation Officer

About the role

We are looking for an Accounts Implementation Officer to join our software solutions team. You will act as the bridge between clients and our development team, ensuring smooth deployment of accounting software and providing post‑implementation support.

Key responsibilities

• Gather client requirements for software implementation.
• Coordinate with clients and development teams to ensure seamless rollout.
• Deliver training sessions on the accounting software to end‑users.
• Provide post‑implementation support and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist clients in resolving discrepancies in tax calculations, inventory records, accounting transactions, procurement, and other system data.
• Maintain effective communication between clients and technical teams.

Required profile

• 3‑6 months of experience in accounting or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree (BBA, BBS or equivalent) completed or in progress.
• Good communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Own a two‑wheeler and hold a valid driving license.

Required skills

• Experience with Tally accounting software.
• Experience with Swostik accounting software.
• Experience with QuickBooks.
