Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Operations Manager to oversee financial reporting, budgeting, HR, administration, and daily operations. The role involves coordinating with financial institutions and delivering staff training on financial procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, management and operational performance reports.
• Oversee accounting records, reconciliations and internal controls.
• Lead budgeting, financial projections and budgetary control.
• Manage HR functions including attendance, leave, recruitment and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate administration, procurement and daily operations.
• liaise with banks and financial institutions regarding loans, credit facilities and documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience with hands‑on financial and management reporting.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate management degree preferred; CA, ACCA or CA finalist with a Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial statements, budgeting and internal controls.
• Excellent analytical, communication, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with financial reporting tools.
