Admissions & Application Counsellor & Graphic Designer (UK, AU, NZ, USA)

About the role

The Admissions & Application Counsellor & Graphic Designer will support prospective Nepalese students seeking higher‑education opportunities in the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and the United States. Based in Kathmandu, the role combines personalised study‑abroad counselling with the creation of compelling marketing materials that promote the consultancy’s services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one guidance on suitable study destinations, courses and institutions, assessing eligibility and advising on scholarships.
• Assist students throughout the full admissions cycle: document collection, application preparation, eligibility checks and visa guidance.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application status in internal systems.
• Design digital and print collateral such as brochures, social‑media creatives, posters and event banners that reflect the brand identity.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partner universities to ensure up‑to‑date information and smooth recruitment processes.
• Represent the organisation at education fairs, outreach events and webinars, answering inquiries and promoting programmes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in counselling or advisory roles for international education, preferably with knowledge of UK, Australia, New Zealand and US visa regulations.
• Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple student cases and design projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Nepali is an advantage.
