Architect – Design & Project Management

About the role

Vastukala Paramarsha is looking for a talented and detail‑oriented Architect to join its team in Kupondole, Lalitpur. You will be responsible for creating innovative, functional designs while ensuring compliance with building codes, client requirements, and sustainability standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare architectural designs, drawings, and detailed construction documentation.
• Develop 2D and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software.
• Create concept designs, presentation materials, and visualizations.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and consultants to finalize design requirements.
• Conduct site visits to verify that designs are implemented correctly and meet specifications.
• Review and approve project drawings, plans, and material selections.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Assist in project planning, cost estimation, and scheduling.
• Support senior architects in conceptual design and client presentations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years (24 months) of relevant architectural experience.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and sustainable design practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
