Assistant Manager - Sales

About the role

Times Business is seeking a results‑driven Assistant Manager to lead sales and market expansion for premium diesel generator solutions across Nepal. The role combines technical selling with value‑based positioning to grow the business.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for Rolls Royce diesel generator sets.
• Identify and execute market coverage strategies.
• Generate new business in commercial, industrial and institutional sectors.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Deliver technical presentations and value‑based selling solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs.
• Prepare forecasts, reports and market analyses for management.
• Coordinate with internal teams for delivery and after‑sales support.
• Travel extensively across Nepal for client meetings and business development.

Required profile

• Competent, result‑oriented professional with strong technical and value‑selling capabilities.
• Proactive leader able to manage sales teams and dealer networks.
• Ability to identify new opportunities and build long‑term relationships.
• Willingness to travel frequently throughout Nepal.
