About the role
Ramalaya Banquet in Kathmandu is seeking an experienced hospitality professional to lead the operations of its premium event venue. The Banquet Manager will ensure outstanding guest experiences and oversee large‑scale events with up to 2,000 guests.
Key responsibilities
- Lead all banquet and event operations from planning to execution.
- Manage weddings, corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, receptions and social functions.
- Supervise and motivate banquet, service, housekeeping and support teams.
- Coordinate closely with kitchen, décor, technical, security and maintenance teams.
- Maintain the highest standards of hospitality, service quality, hygiene and safety.
- Control operational costs, inventory and banquet resources.
- Resolve operational challenges quickly while maintaining excellent client relationships.
