Branch Coordinator

About the role

The Branch Coordinator will lead the fiber operations of a Classic Tech branch, ensuring that network expansion, installation, and maintenance align with company standards and customer expectations. This role combines technical oversight, team leadership, and customer service to drive reliable high‑speed internet delivery across the assigned district.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and supervise fiber optic installations and preventive maintenance activities.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and coordinate technical resolutions.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate fiber technicians and other technical staff, ensuring compliance with safety and operational guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal departments—sales, finance, and customer support—to guarantee smooth branch operations.
• Manage branch assets, inventory, generator and power systems, and maintain cleanliness and hospitality standards.
• Oversee cash handling, petty‑cash records, and financial reporting in collaboration with the finance team.
• Identify market opportunities for fiber service expansion and provide technical input to marketing and sales initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in fiber network operations or telecommunications branch management.
• Strong leadership, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams simultaneously.
