Branch Fiber Coordinator

About the role

The Branch Fiber Coordinator oversees the branch’s fiber network operations, ensuring reliable installation, maintenance, and performance across all locations in Nepal. The role combines technical leadership, customer service, and branch administration to support growth and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead branch fiber operations, align with company goals, and plan network expansion.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of fiber optic installations and preventive maintenance.
• Monitor network functionality, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure minimal downtime.
• Supervise and mentor fiber technicians, conduct performance evaluations, and provide training.
• Coordinate with customer support to resolve technical complaints and maintain strong customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all work follows safety standards and maintain a safe working environment.
• Manage branch assets, inventory, generator and power systems, and uphold cleanliness and hospitality standards.
• Handle cash and financial processes, record customer payments, and coordinate petty‑cash settlements with finance.
• Identify market opportunities for fiber services and support sales and marketing teams with technical insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, Management, or a related field.
• Experience in fiber network operations, telecommunications, or branch operations (preferred).
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams effectively.
