Rollout Manager (Telecom Sector)

About the role

The Rollout Manager will lead engineering activities for telecom network rollout, expansion, modernization and maintenance projects. You will develop plans, coordinate resources and ensure delivery meets budget, quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop engineering plans, project schedules, resource allocations and implementation strategies.
• Monitor progress, control costs and ensure timely delivery within approved budgets.
• Coordinate with customers, project managers, subcontractors, suppliers and internal departments.
• Oversee design, site surveys, technical assessments, installation, integration, testing, commissioning and acceptance.
• Manage engineering teams, allocate resources, monitor performance and provide technical guidance.
• Identify risks, resolve technical/operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, customer requirements, company standards and safety regulations.
• Prepare regular progress reports for senior management and support business development activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in telecom engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in telecom network rollout, infrastructure deployment or engineering operations.
• Experience managing engineering teams, subcontractors and multiple project activities.
• Preferable experience working with telecom operators, equipment vendors or large‑scale telecommunications infrastructure projects.
