Enterprise Sales Coordinator

About the role

Take ownership of building, maintaining, and expanding customer relationships while ensuring high customer satisfaction. Develop and expand business within assigned accounts to generate revenue and improve profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and create business opportunities, manage end‑to‑end sales processes and lead‑to‑cash activities, and exceed account KPIs.
• Handle marketing promotion activities such as presentations, business events, and brand‑building initiatives.
• Resolve customer issues, coordinate solutions, and follow through to closure.
• Collect market, competitor and customer information, analyse it and report to management.
• Support internal teams (marketing, project, etc.) to deliver acceptable solutions and manage government bidding, contract negotiation, project implementation and commercial collection.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, generate sales forecasts, pipeline analysis and performance metrics, and use data analysis to advise management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in telecommunications or a related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in telecommunications or a related sector.
