About the role
We are urgently hiring a Branch Manager for our leading ISP across several locations in Nepal. The role oversees branch operations, sales activities and drives growth and profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Lead overall branch operations and sales activities
- Develop and execute branch business plans and sales strategies
- Drive revenue, subscriber growth, and profitability
- Lead, motivate, and manage branch teams
- Monitor KPIs, ROI, sales targets, and branch performance
- Develop customer retention strategies and minimize churn
- Identify new business opportunities and conduct market analysis
- Coordinate local marketing and business development activities
- Ensure operational efficiency, quality, and policy compliance
Required profile
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Result‑oriented and customer‑focused approach
- Excellent planning and problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Two‑wheeler with valid driving license required
- Willingness to travel as required
