Business Development Assistant

About the role

Bidhee Pvt Ltd, a leading software solutions provider, is expanding its sales team. We are looking for a Business Development Assistant to help generate leads, support senior sales staff, and maintain client relationships. This role involves market visits and travel within Nepal.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in generating leads through calls, networking, and market research.
• Conduct market visits to identify prospective clients and introduce Bidhee’s products and services.
• Support senior sales team in client meetings and visits.
• Conduct client follow‑ups through calls, meetings, and other professional channels.
• Assist with product demos and sales documentation.
• Maintain client records and update the sales pipeline.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in a software company.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in corporate sales.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Willingness to travel for client and market visits.
• Must own a two‑wheeler and a valid driver’s license.
