Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, results‑oriented Business Development Executive to grow our presence in the healthcare market. The role focuses on expanding relationships with hospitals, laboratories, clinics and other medical professionals while promoting our medical products and diagnostic solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Achieve or exceed sales and business development targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, laboratories, clinics, distributors and healthcare professionals.
• Conduct regular client visits to understand needs and recommend suitable products.
• Deliver product demonstrations and business presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate agreements and coordinate the sales process from start to finish.
• Develop deep knowledge of company products and communicate their features and benefits.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer records and submit regular sales reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to uncover growth opportunities.
• Provide prompt after‑sales support and ensure excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Proven ability to meet targets and drive revenue growth.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with medical professionals and institutional clients.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and comfortable with frequent client visits.
