Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to promote our services, build strategic partnerships, and drive growth within the hospital, clinic, and diagnostic centre market. You will act as the face of the company, engaging prescribers and clients to expand our brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads through multiple channels, including field promotional activities.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet sales and collection targets.
• Monitor market trends, conduct research, and uncover new business opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads.
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of business development plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Development Executive in the hospital, clinic, or diagnostic centre sector.
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
• Highly motivated, target‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
