Business Development Manager (B2B) – Consultancy

About the role

The Business Development Manager (B2B) will lead the growth and management of relationships with national and international Business Associate partners for a consultancy focused on student applications. The role serves as the main point of contact, ensuring smooth communication, coordination, and high partner satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison for national and international Business Associate partners, building long‑term professional relationships.
• Respond promptly to partner inquiries about student applications, institutions, courses, destinations, documentation and procedures.
• Identify and develop new B2B partnership opportunities in local and international markets, converting prospects into active partners.
• Coordinate with internal Admissions/ACE teams to ensure smooth processing of applications received through partners, providing timely updates.
• Maintain accurate records of partner applications, activities and performance metrics.
• Prepare and circulate procedural checklists, institutional updates, policy changes, deadlines, newsletters and other relevant information to partners.
• Organise partner training sessions and communication campaigns to boost engagement and activity.
