Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will expand institutional partnerships, strengthen relationships with schools, colleges, universities and other educational organisations, and generate new business opportunities to support student recruitment and company growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, universities and key education stakeholders.
• Identify and secure new institutional partnerships and business opportunities.
• Promote the company’s study abroad services and programmes to partner institutions.
• Conduct presentations, seminars, career‑guidance sessions and institutional visits.
• Manage partner relationships to increase student referrals and engagement.
• Maintain visit records, partnership updates and monthly business development reports.
• Monitor education trends, university offerings and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing or partnership management; education sector experience preferred.
• Strong public‑relations, networking, communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Confident, target‑oriented and relationship‑focused personality.
• Willingness to travel for institutional visits and business meetings.
• Good reporting and organisational skills with proficiency in MS Office.
• Valid driving licence is an advantage.
