Business Development Manager – US IT Staffing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow our client base and drive revenue in the US IT recruiting market. You will lead the full sales cycle, build lasting partnerships, and collaborate closely with our recruiting teams to ensure successful placements.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for IT staffing and recruiting services across the US.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, procurement teams, and MSP/VMS partners.
• Develop customized staffing solutions that address clients’ technology hiring needs.
• Own the complete sales process: lead generation, outreach, presentations, negotiations, contract execution, and account management.
• Collaborate with recruiters and delivery teams to ensure candidate placements and client satisfaction.
• Track sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies in the US IT staffing industry.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within US IT staffing and recruiting, or strong B2B sales/marketing background.
• Solid understanding of technology hiring needs and staffing models (contract, contract‑to‑hire, full‑time).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proven experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
