Business Development Officer – BPO & Call Center

About the role

Kalash Services Pvt. Ltd., a leading BPO and call centre in Nepal, is looking for a Business Development Officer to drive growth in its outsourcing services. Based in Kathmandu, you will identify new opportunities, build client relationships and support the company’s strategic expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Identify target industries and prospects aligned with Kalash’s BPO and call‑centre solutions.
• Generate and manage leads through outbound outreach, networking events and referrals.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including proposal and SOW preparation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop pricing, contracts and service agreements.
• Maintain long‑term client relationships, upsell and cross‑sell additional services.
• Track sales performance, forecast revenue and provide market insights to management.
• Represent the company at industry meetings and networking events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 2–3 years of business development or sales experience in BPO, IT‑enabled services or call‑centre environments.
• Proven ability to manage full sales cycles and close deals.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and proposal‑writing capabilities.
• Results‑oriented, analytical and comfortable in a fast‑paced, target‑driven setting.
• Own a vehicle for client visits.

Required skills

• Experience with BPO, outsourcing or customer‑service industry.
• Networking and relationship‑building skills.
• Knowledge of sales processes and contract negotiation.
