Business Development Officer – BPO & Call Center

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Business Development Officer to drive growth in the outsourcing and call‑center sector. Based in Kathmandu, you will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, analyse market trends and prepare financial proposals. You will work closely with clients to ensure high‑quality service and support the company’s strategic planning.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target industries and clients aligned with our BPO services
• Generate and manage leads through outbound outreach, networking and referrals
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
• Prepare proposals, statements of work and pricing in collaboration with internal teams
• Build long‑term client relationships and drive upsell and cross‑sell opportunities
• Track sales performance, forecast revenue and share market insights with management
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
• 2–3 years of business development or sales experience in BPO or IT‑enabled services
• Must have own vehicle

Required skills

• Strong negotiation, presentation and proposal‑writing abilities
• Experience managing full sales cycles and closing deals
• Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
• Results‑oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
