Business Head

About the role

Lomus Digital Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Business Head to steer overall growth and strategic direction from its Kathmandu office. This senior, full‑time position will lead cross‑functional teams across operations, sales, marketing, and finance to achieve revenue and profitability targets while fostering a customer‑centric culture.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate business targets, monitor performance metrics, and adjust strategies to meet growth objectives.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, sales, marketing, and client relationship functions to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
• Manage budgeting, financial planning, and performance analysis to support data‑driven decision making.
• Identify new market opportunities, optimize service offerings, and drive process improvements.
• Mentor and develop team members, promoting a positive and accountable work environment.
• Represent Lomus Digital in high‑level meetings with clients, partners, and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business leadership, strategic planning, and managing cross‑functional teams.
• Strong background in sales, marketing, and client relationship management within a digital or technology‑focused environment.
• Demonstrated ability to drive organizational growth, manage change, and implement process improvements.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Kathmandu and collaborate with diverse teams.
