Business Head – Real Estate Business

About the role
We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Business Head to lead and oversee the entire real estate portfolio of Times Investment and Property Management Co. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, managing the P&L, and shaping strategic direction for the business.
Key responsibilities
- Lead overall real estate business operations.
- Own company revenue targets and P&L responsibility.
- Develop and implement annual business strategies.
- Drive sales growth and achieve defined business targets.
- Identify new business and investment opportunities.
- Lead, motivate and manage the sales team.
- Ensure timely execution of business plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with AML, STR, TTR and all legal requirements.
- Monitor business performance and prepare management reports.
Required profile
- Minimum three years of senior‑level experience in real estate business development or management.
- Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and managing P&L.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning and business development capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to identify and evaluate new investment opportunities.
