About the role
Hitex is looking for two creative Carpet Designers to join its team in Biratnagar, Nepal. The role focuses on developing fresh, market‑ready carpet designs that align with customer needs and industry trends.
Key responsibilities
- Develop innovative and commercially viable carpet designs.
- Create patterns, motifs, colour combinations, and layout concepts.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure designs are ready for manufacturing.
- Research market trends and incorporate customer requirements into design work.
Required profile
- Relevant experience in carpet or Hitex design is preferred.
- Proficiency with design software used for textile creation.
- Strong understanding of patterns, colours, and textile design principles.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Required skills
- Design software proficiency (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop)
