Channel Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Channel Sales Manager to develop, manage, and expand our partner network. The role focuses on building strong channel relationships, increasing market reach, and driving revenue through strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners while building long‑term business relationships.
• Drive sales and revenue through the partner network in line with monthly and quarterly targets.
• Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and partner‑generated opportunities.
• Regularly monitor partner performance, activities, and pipeline progress.
• Conduct partner reviews, identify growth opportunities, and address performance gaps.
• Collaborate with technical, delivery, and marketing teams to support partner‑led business opportunities.
• Gather market and partner insights and share them with internal teams.
• Support partners in developing and converting new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development.
• Strong network and connections within Nepal’s technology and business ecosystem.
• Proven experience in recruiting, onboarding, and activating new partners.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and effectively manage multiple partners and opportunities.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts.
• Awareness of compliance solutions.
