Chief Financial Officer

About the role

Sandarbhik Nirman Sewa Pvt. Ltd., a growing construction and infrastructure services firm in Kathmandu, is seeking a full‑time Chief Financial Officer. The CFO will lead all financial functions, ensuring accurate reporting, robust controls, and strategic financial guidance for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management.
• Prepare, analyse and present financial statements and management reports.
• Establish and maintain internal controls, coordinate audits and ensure compliance with Nepalese regulations and tax laws.
• Provide financial analysis, risk assessment and forecasting to support strategic decisions and investment planning.
• Lead and develop the finance team, optimise processes and manage relationships with banks and external partners.
• Present financial performance updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; professional certifications such as CA, CPA or ACCA are a plus.
• Proven senior finance leadership experience, preferably as CFO or equivalent, within construction, infrastructure or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of Nepal’s financial regulations, tax legislation and compliance requirements.
• Effective leadership, stakeholder management and communication abilities.
