Client Acquisition & Relationship Executive

About the role

As a Client Acquisition & Relationship Executive, you will identify and convert serious buyers who want to source products from India. You will build a strong pipeline, understand customer budgets and requirements, and guide prospects from initial conversation to confirmed consultation and closure.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify your own leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Identify high‑intent customers and assess their budget and purchasing needs.
• Move prospects from first contact through consultation to closed procurement contracts.
• Collaborate closely with the procurement team to ensure qualified opportunities are handed over correctly.
• Maintain consistent follow‑up, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and discuss pricing and value propositions.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in client acquisition, relationship management, business development, key accounts, or other high‑value sales environments.
• Proven ability to generate leads independently and build a pipeline.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Comfortable dealing with customers making significant purchase decisions.
• Disciplined follow‑up, ability to manage several opportunities at once, and commercial acumen.
• Proactive, target‑driven, and able to work with limited supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory if relevant experience is strong.

What we offer

• Base salary of NPR 45,000–55,000 per month (up to NPR 60,000 for strong candidates).
• Variable pay linked to qualified consultations, closed clients, and revenue contribution.
