About the role

Study Info Centre is an international education and EduTech company founded in 2019 and based in Sydney, Australia, that connects students and education agents with universities and colleges worldwide. It supports students in choosing courses, preparing documents and completing admissions for destinations such as Australia, the UK, the USA, Canada and Europe, and works with hundreds of education agents through its B2B network. The company is expanding globally and is looking for an energetic, experienced, well-connected and organised International Recruitment Manager to join its team in Nepal.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the Study Info Centre brand and mission with international recruitment partners every day
• Onboard, train and welcome new recruitment partners to the Study Info Centre platform
• Promote the platform in local markets to prospective recruitment partners
• Work with partners and help them submit high-quality student applications
• Identify prospective partners who could benefit from the platform for their students
• Manage partner relationships and partner performance
• Keep partners informed about the latest news and opportunities for their students

Required profile

• Post-secondary education
• Fluent English
• 3 years of international student recruitment experience for secondary and/or higher education institutions
• Strong interpersonal, communication and sales skills
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team, with attention to detail

Required skills

• Computer literacy, preferably using a CRM system
• CRM software
