Client Services Officer

About the role

Kalash Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Client Services Officer to join its call‑center team in Jawalakhel, Lalitpur. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on delivering high‑quality support to customers before and after sales, ensuring a seamless experience across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate product information, guide customers to suitable solutions, and handle service requests or complaints.
• Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor and record client interactions to uphold service quality.
• Gather feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and data confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic understanding of call‑center operations.
• Good organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Positive attitude and pleasant personality.
• Experience in customer support, client service, or public relations is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience using CRM software.
