Clinical Sales Executive – OMF/CMF (Medical Equipment)

About the role

We are seeking a Clinical Sales Executive specialized in Oral & Maxillofacial (OMF) and Craniomaxillofacial (CMF) surgeries. The role combines hands‑on clinical knowledge from OT scrub experience with the ability to promote and sell specialised medical equipment and surgical instruments to hospitals and clinics.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell medical equipment, surgical instruments and related products used in OMF/CMF procedures.
• Visit hospitals, clinics and surgical centres to build and maintain relationships with surgeons, OT teams and hospital management.
• Conduct product demonstrations, explain clinical applications and provide technical support during surgeries when required.
• Identify surgeons’ needs, recommend appropriate products and coordinate product trials, orders and deliveries.
• Track market trends, competitor offerings and customer feedback to achieve sales targets.
• Prepare regular sales reports, customer updates and collaborate with internal teams for after‑sales support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Sciences or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience working in an operating theatre, preferably as a scrub nurse or scrub staff.
• Hands‑on experience with OMF/CMF or oral & maxillofacial surgeries.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact confidently with surgeons and hospital decision‑makers.
• Willingness to travel to multiple healthcare facilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of surgical instruments, implants and OT procedures.
• Understanding of OMF/CMF surgical requirements.
