About the role
Casa Deyra is seeking a proactive Communication and Marketing Executive to support both internal and external communication activities for its portfolio of serviced accommodations. The role involves handling guest inquiries, preparing communication materials, and ensuring smooth coordination between marketing and operations teams.
Key responsibilities
- Support internal and external communication activities.
- Prepare and manage communication materials.
- Respond to guest inquiries through social media platforms and OTAs.
- Handle business leads and correspondence.
- Coordinate with Marketing and Operations teams for smooth guest transfers and related activities.
Required profile
- Must own a two‑wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Ability to respond to guest inquiries via social media platforms and OTAs.
