About the role

We are seeking a creative, confident, and energetic Content Creator to produce engaging content and promote our brand across multiple social media platforms. The role involves on‑camera presentation, video production, and audience interaction to boost brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain official social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) by creating, scheduling, and publishing posts, stories, reels, and videos.
• Produce, record, and present TikTok videos, participate in trends, and develop scripts and concepts for short‑form content.
• Record high‑quality videos and photographs, edit them with captions, subtitles, music, and effects, and create thumbnails, posters, and other digital marketing assets.
• Promote recruitment services, job vacancies, and events; develop campaigns to increase followers, engagement, and leads.
• Track performance metrics, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and maintain a content calendar.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, branding guidelines, and platform regulations.
