Cook – Full-time On-site Position in Kathmandu

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Cook to join our Kathmandu kitchen on a full-time, on-site basis. The successful candidate will prepare a variety of dishes, maintain high standards of quality and consistency, and contribute to a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes.
• Ensure meals meet quality, taste, and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organized kitchen workspace.
• Manage kitchen inventory, track supplies, and place orders as needed.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to innovate and improve menu offerings.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar culinary role.
• Knowledge of diverse cooking techniques and recipes.
• Ability to adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Flexibility to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Creativity in developing new dishes and refining existing recipes.
• Formal culinary training or certification is a plus.
