Creator Manager – Lead Content & Video Teams

About the role

We are seeking a Creator Manager to lead a dynamic team of content creators and video editors. The role balances creative freedom with structured processes to ensure high‑quality content is produced and delivered on schedule across social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and organise a team of creators and editors, defining daily tasks, priorities and deadlines.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, conflicts or performance issues proactively.
• Maintain a productive environment that supports creative efficiency while enforcing accountability.
• Conduct regular check‑ins, provide clear feedback and drive continuous improvement.
• Guide creators in developing compelling ideas, hooks, narratives and formats.
• Monitor TikTok, Instagram and other platforms for trends and content opportunities.
• Review and approve content before publishing to ensure quality, brand alignment and consistency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven experience managing or leading a creative, content, social media or production team.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and current social media culture.
• Excellent organisational and people‑management abilities.
• Capacity to balance creative personalities with disciplined execution.
• Clear communication, prioritisation and ownership mindset.
