About the role
Join Kalash Services as an on‑site Customer Service Representative for a bank in Durbarmarg, Kathmandu. The position is full‑time on an evening shift (2 PM‑10 PM or 12 PM‑8 PM) and involves handling customer interactions through phone, email and chat.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer contacts across multiple channels.
- Address inquiries, resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions.
- Provide precise information and contribute to a seamless customer experience.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Management (currently studying or completed).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and technical abilities.
- Positive attitude, patience and empathy when dealing with customers.
- Flexibility to work any shift and possession of a personal vehicle.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
