About the role

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Customer Service & Technical Support team for digital products such as websites and software solutions. The position is based in Pokhara, Nepal and works the night shift to serve US‑based customers.

Key responsibilities

Answer inbound customer calls and provide timely assistance.
Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues related to digital products.
Document interactions and follow up on open tickets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate information is conveyed.

Required profile

Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong communication and customer service orientation.
Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn.
Professional phone etiquette and ability to handle calls efficiently.
Fresh graduates and entry‑level candidates are welcome.

Required skills

Basic computer knowledge.

What we offer

Salary up to NPR 40,000 per month, based on English proficiency and experience.
