About the role

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Customer Service & Technical Support team for digital products such as websites and software solutions. The position operates on a night‑shift schedule to serve US‑based customers. Fresh graduates with strong English skills are encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide timely assistance.
• Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues related to digital products.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records in the support system.
• Escalate complex problems to senior technical staff when necessary.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor throughout each interaction.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Willingness and eagerness to learn on the job.
• Ability to work night‑shift hours consistently.
• Freshers are welcome; no prior experience required.
