Customer Support (CS) Associate

About the role

The Customer Support Associate will handle customer communications across multiple social media channels, coordinate order preparation and delivery, and ensure a smooth payment process. This role works closely with the florist and delivery teams to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok and LinkedIn, as well as via phone calls.
• Coordinate with the florist team to prepare bouquets and gifts according to customer specifications.
• Work with the delivery team to dispatch orders on time and keep customers updated on order status.
• Record and reconcile customer payments, maintaining accurate order and payment data.
• Maintain and update the customer database with contact details, order history and preferences, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in customer service, social media management or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask across departments.
• Attention to detail for order and payment management.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Basic knowledge of order management and payment reconciliation systems.
