Customer Support Representative

About the role

The Customer Support Representative will deliver high‑quality service by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate product and service information. The role demands strong communication, problem‑solving abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and other channels, providing accurate information on products, services, policies and procedures.
• Assist customers with issues, complaints, requests and service‑related concerns, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, feedback and resolutions, and follow up to ensure satisfactory outcomes.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery and prepare regular support reports.

Required profile

• Minimum education: +2 (Intermediate); a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Freshers are welcome; prior experience in customer service or a call centre is an advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Nepali and English.
• Basic computer proficiency with MS Office, email, internet browsing and data entry.
