Data Analysis & Statistics Assistant

About the role

The Data Analysis & Statistics Assistant will support the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Officer in managing data for FAITH’s mental health project in Nepal. This full‑time, project‑based position focuses on ensuring high‑quality data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform program decisions. The role requires close collaboration with program staff to maintain data integrity and deliver timely insights that drive project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Support data management, analysis, and reporting for the mental health project, working closely with the MEL Officer.
• Assist field teams with data collection tools and reporting requirements.
• Maintain project databases, clean, validate, and quality‑check field data.
• Perform statistical analysis of project indicators and generate regular reports.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and visualizations for program reviews.
• Coordinate with program teams to ensure timely and complete data submission.
• Maintain data confidentiality and organized documentation of sensitive health information.

Required profile

• Minimum of 36 months (3 years) of experience in data analysis, monitoring, or evaluation.
• Experience supporting data management for health‑related projects.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and with field teams.
