About the role
Helios Hospital is seeking qualified and dedicated Staff Nurses to join our team in Lalitpur, Nepal. The role involves providing safe, compassionate, and quality nursing care to patients across various units. The successful candidates will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate, and quality nursing care to patients.
- Monitor and assess patients and promptly report changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Follow hospital policies, infection prevention protocols, and patient safety standards.
Required profile
- Qualified and dedicated Staff Nurses.
- Relevant experience in ICU, SNCU, and critical care nursing (preferred).
