Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

The Digital Marketing Executive will own the company’s online presence, creating compelling content and supporting marketing initiatives that drive qualified leads. This role blends creativity with data‑driven decision making to enhance brand visibility across social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily activities on social media platforms, including posting, monitoring, and community engagement.
• Produce engaging posts, reels, videos, captions and other digital assets.
• Develop creative concepts for campaigns and brand communication.
• Plan and support digital marketing campaigns, promotions, events, activations and product launches.
• Coordinate with creative teams, agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Track content performance, audience engagement and campaign results using analytics tools.
• Generate and hand over qualified leads to the sales team.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management or content creation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Creative, confident, energetic and enthusiastic personality.
• Comfortable working both in front of and behind the camera.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Quick learner with a passion for technology and marketing.
