Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

The Digital Marketing Executive will join Abasar Nepal Private Limited in Kathmandu to plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across social media and web platforms. The role focuses on increasing brand visibility, audience engagement and driving measurable results through creative content and data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company branding objectives.
• Manage and maintain presence on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Create, schedule and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, videos and promotional creatives.
• Maintain monthly and weekly content calendars to ensure timely publishing.
• Research trending topics, hashtags, formats and platform algorithms to maximise reach.
• Monitor audience interactions, respond to comments and messages professionally.
• Support planning and execution of paid social campaigns, contests and brand‑awareness initiatives.
• Track key metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, followers, conversions) and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
• Analyse competitor activity to identify new content and marketing opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with the ability to craft platform‑appropriate captions.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple content calendars.
• Proactive attitude for staying updated on social media trends and algorithm changes.
• Team player who can coordinate with graphic design, marketing and content teams.

Required skills

• Experience with major social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools for tracking campaign performance.
