Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

Mass Holdings is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and result‑oriented Digital Marketing Executive to lead and expand its social media presence while supporting broader digital marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company accounts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Develop and execute social media and digital marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Create, schedule and publish engaging content such as posts, reels, stories, videos and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with design and content teams to produce creative social media assets.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Plan and run social media campaigns, promotions and digital marketing activities.
• Track and analyse performance metrics, reach, engagement and other key indicators.
• Prepare regular reports on digital marketing and social media performance.
• Assist with paid advertising campaigns on Facebook/Instagram and Google when required.
• Maintain a consistent brand image and tone across all digital channels.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and audience behavior.
• Experience creating and curating engaging digital content.
• Familiarity with current digital marketing trends and algorithms.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and communicate professionally.
