Digital Marketing Lead

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, data‑driven Digital Marketing Lead to own and scale our full‑funnel marketing ecosystem. You will design, launch, and optimise campaigns for LeftclickTech’s in‑house products as well as for international client accounts, using modern AI‑enabled workflows to drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end digital marketing strategies across paid, SEO, email automation and CRO for both internal projects and external clients.
• Manage paid performance campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, programmatic platforms and continuously optimise budgets based on KPI performance.
• Integrate AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Jasper) and marketing platforms (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Zapier, GA4, Looker Studio) to accelerate content creation, ad iteration and reporting.
• Build real‑time analytics dashboards, monitor CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates and qualified lead volume, and present insights to stakeholders.
• Conduct ongoing A/B testing of creatives, audience segments, bidding strategies and landing‑page flows.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, including 1–2 years in a senior or leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, identify growth opportunities and make independent strategic decisions.
• Experience in agency or fast‑growing startup environments is preferred.
