About the role
Banking Samachar, a digital financial news platform, is looking for energetic and motivated individuals to coordinate banking, finance, insurance and corporate events. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or young professionals passionate about event management and networking.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute banking, finance, insurance and corporate events, handling participant registration, invitations, confirmations and follow‑ups.
- Manage event schedules, venue arrangements, branding, on‑site logistics and liaise with speakers, panelists, moderators and special guests.
- Support promotional activities, social media coordination and participant outreach, and prepare event reports and attendance records.
- Travel within Kathmandu Valley and outside the Valley as required for event‑related activities.
Required profile
- Fresh graduates or young professionals with a result‑oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities, able to work independently and as part of a team.
